First off, I don't want to talk about the past three rallies. We're looking forward to the future, and things are looking quite good. The car has made some great improvements, especially in Turkey. We’re getting back to the top level because we’re all working very hard, and we’re getting a lot of support from everyone around the world.
首先呢，我並不想談論過去三年的拉力賽。我們是將希望寄託於未來，而且情況看上去相當不錯。車子做了些很棒的改進，尤其在土耳其。我們回到了上層的水平，因為我們全都很努力的工作，而且全世界的車迷都給我們許多的支持。

是了，這就叫‘人山’人海（冷）
The support from everyone makes my motivation very high. We want to show everyone what we can do and we want to show them just how much their support means to the Subaru World Rally Team and to me. They deserve positive results just as much as anyone in team, because our fans are the greatest in the world.
大家的激勵讓我們非常的有幹勁。我們要向對SWRT與我有信心的人們表現，我們可以做到的。車隊裡的每個成員都該回應同樣確實的成果，為了我們在全世界的車迷。

這對車隊是個非常良好的週末，我們很高興看到Petter登上頒獎台與Chris的第六名(Taylor)
This year has been very difficult for the team and I. But, as long as you know you're the fastest, then you can never lose faith. The team is working extremely hard, and the people in Japan are very positive to what I am doing–what the team is doing – which is why they've signed me on to do another three years. And, I have faith as well, which is why I'm here.
這些年來對車隊與我都非常艱難，但是，只要你了解你所堅持的，你就絕對不會失去信心。車隊工作的極其辛苦，而且在日本的人完全了解我在做什麼–車隊在做什麼–那是就為什麼他們與我簽下另一個三年合約。而且我也有信心，這就為什麼我在這裡。

I'm fast enough; we just have to sort out these problems to make the car fast enough to win. But these things take time because of the homologation and the time limits to correct what needs to be corrected. We've found the problems and we're working to make everything perfect for the future. We have everything to work for from now until next season, and we're on the right track, which makes it hard to be negative about our situation. The improvements will be made, and we will be back on the top.
我的速度夠快；我們只是必須挑出那些問題去解決讓車子十分迅速的贏得勝利。但這些都需要時間，因為這些都是相對的，而時間的限制有一定的標準。我們發現問題，然後我們盡量去解決任何問題直到理想狀態。從現在到下個賽季我們一直進行每件工作，我們在正確的道路上，成功的駁斥關於我們的處境的種種。這些改進會成功的，而我們會回到巔峰狀態。

I have not been the easiest person to live with at home this year because things have been very tough psychologically. Motorsport is everything to me. That's it, my life.
這些年來我都不是個會安逸的待在家裡的傢伙，因為這對心理狀態很重要。賽車就是我的一切。這就是我的人生。

PS：不知道老婆與兒子現在在做什麼…
Chris will be coming back next season to be my team-mate, and that is good because he is a good driver. He makes good, strong decisions. He's very tough, and he is learning to be more patient to do all of the right things inside of the car. I have the highest hopes for him next season, and I have high hopes for the team because we all deserve the manufacturers'championship in 2007.
Chris在下個賽季依然是我的隊友，這樣很好，因為他是個好車手，他做得不錯，能堅決的下決定。他很不屈不撓，且他得用更多耐心去學習所有正確駕車技巧。我對他的下個賽季抱持高度期待，對車隊也如此，因為我們都該得到2007廠商車隊冠軍。
